Luke Bryan opened last night's (Sunday, June 11th) TV broadcast of Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final with a special performance of “I Don't Want This Night To End” from the rooftop of Tootsie’s World Famous Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville across from the Bridgestone Arena, the site of the big game. The song was performed exclusively for the Nashville Predators-Pittsburgh Penguins game broadcast on NBC in the U.S. and CBC and TVA Sports in Canada.

Earlier in the evening, Luke performed a few more songs which were streamed live on NHL.com. This performance was also shown on large screens throughout Lower Broadway outside Bridgestone Arena as part of the Predators viewing party and inside the arena for fans in attendance for Game 6.

Luke shared the news on social media on Saturday (June 10th), saying that his performances aimed to “fire up the Preds.” Unfortunately for Luke and the thousands of fans filling the streets with Preds fever, Nashville lost to Pittsburgh (2-0) and lost the Stanley Cup.
