In northeast louisiana, east carroll, franklin la, madison la, morehouse, richland, tensas and west carroll. In mississippi, attala, bolivar, carroll, choctaw, clay, grenada, hinds, holmes, humphreys, issaquena, kemper, lauderdale, leake, leflore, lowndes, madison ms, montgomery, neshoba, newton, noxubee, oktibbeha, rankin, scott, sharkey, sunflower, warren, washington, webster, winston and yazoo.

    * heavy rainfall is expected for locations mainly along and north of interstate 20 this evening into early wednesday morning, with total amounts of 2 to 4 inches expected in those areas. Flash flooding is expected where rainfall amounts are heaviest.
