For the 3rd consecutive year, Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation Foundation endeavor during CMA Fest has proven successful. Fifty-six dogs were adopted out during the four-day event at the Music City Center, bringing the three-year told to 150 MuttNation pups adopted at this event alone. Many of the dogs adopted during this year's drive were named in honor of some of country music’s biggest stars, including: Lady A., Zac Brown, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Keith Urban, Dottie West, Tammy Wynette and, of course, Miranda, just to name a few.

Kristian Bush of Sugarland, Jamey Johnson, Randy Houser and John Berry have been added to lineup at The “Gretsch Presents the Fifth Annual Georgia On My Mind” benefit concert taking place on Tuesday, June 26th at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The celebration of the Peach State’s musical mavericks is hosted by the Peach Pickers – Rhett Akins, Dallas Davidson, and Ben Hayslip – and benefits the Georgia Music Foundation, which supports music education and cultural enrichment programs in the state. Previously announced performers this year include Lauren Alaina, Travis Denning, Chris Janson, Michael Ray, and songwriters Pat Alger and Tony Arata, who are the recipients of the Georgia Music Foundation Flamekeeper Award. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.
